A Weight Loss Tactic so Simple, Yet Often Overlooked!


H2O-Yeaaaaah!

Whenever I take on a new client, one of the first questions I ask them is, "How much water are you drinking on a daily basis?"

I get a variety of answers, ranging from " I don't like water," "There is water in my coffee/tea," to "A couple of glasses a day." All of these answers do NOT suffice, if one is looking to:

A) Lose Weight

B) Look Incredible

C) Have Consistent Digestion

D) Hydrate their muscles

E) Detoxify the body

F) Ad Ifinitum... (haha!)

Every single person, regardless of their goal, whether it's deeper sleep or dropping lbs, needs to drink HALF of their BODY WEIGHT in OUNCES of WATER per day. Example: Client weighs 150 lbs, they need to be drinking 75 ounces of water a day, no ifs, ands, or buts.

So many people resist this incredible tool to bettering their health. But, why delay looking great, flushing out toxins, and getting your GOAL faster? Water is easy...and it WORKS!

On days you exercise, definitely drink more, but rule of thumb: 1/2 of your bodyweight in ounces of water, daily, regardless of physical exertion.

Upon rising, set your organs and body systems up for success by chugging a large glass of water (I do 20 oz, personally first thing in the morning). Get ready to get the "elimination" process to start rocking and rolling 15 min later ;) If you don't know what I mean, you will after you do this!

At work, keep a large water on your desk, and drink all day long. You may have to stop by the restroom more often, but just think of it as waving goodby to the pollutants jamming up your body and impairing your goal attainment!!

Drinking lots of water changes lives; I have never had a client regret making this switch!!
